Between the sea and the mountain - Praia Vermelha do Sul - Ubatuba

Praia Vermelha do Sul, known as Praia dos Arquitetos, is an ecological condominium considered a model of sustainable allotment. The relationship between the houses is made in order to preserve the full perception of the Atlantic forest. Around the allotment area, there is a wide extension of the Atlantic Forest Nature Reserve, creating an environment of tranquility and preservation.

Our house is a house next to the beach and at the beginning of a mountain located in a beautiful permanent preservation area of Atlantic Forest. With this prime location in mind, the house is designed for year-round use - not just in the summer months - and can function perfectly as a fall or winter cottage. You will find equipment to use it in spring and summer, such as kayaking and sailing (laser), but also in autumn and winter, such as a fireplace in the living room.
