About this apartment rental
One-room apartment for 2 persons, with private terrace: approx. 30 sqm, double bed, bathroom (shower / WC), kitchenette (2 gas burners).
In the shared garden there are also some fruit trees, as well as a hot tub (open from middle May to end of September) and a veranda to relax, at the guest’s disposal.
The price includes gas, electricity, water, internet Wi Fi included.
Not included and to be paid in resort: Refundable € 150, final cleaning € 40, bed linen and towels (on request) € 10 / person / change, baby bed € 25 / week, heating: € 3/hour.
Washing machine use € 5/load
Shared hot tub free use.
This beautiful holiday home, a former flour mill now converted into 3 comfortable apartments, is just 600 meters from Pomaia, where you can find the nearest shops and restaurants. It is a very beautiful property in the midst of an idyllic landscape, surrounded by olive trees, groves and a small stream along, where a small pond is located (bathroom, if not dry). From time to time some local wild animals (hedgehogs, rabbits, foxes, pheasants) are visible undisturbed by the stream or in the garden.
In the garden there are also some fruit trees available for guests. Along the stream and in the garden there are gazebos and reading corners, so you can rest and enjoy the lush nature.
The coast and the sea of Castiglioncello are 13km away. Cecina is 20km, Pisa 40km, Volterra 45km, San Gimignano 55km, and Florence 95km. From Pomaia you reach the house over 400 m gravel road.

Absolutely outstanding, from the grounds to the apartment, and the hosts themselves. We were met on arrival, everything explained, Marcella left is with wine, fresh lemons and oranges from the garden and fresh herbs on the table. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, with a stream at the bottom of the garden which came from a lovely little waterfall, lovely places to sit and so peaceful. The apartment was very pretty and has everything you need for your stay. Marcella was lovely and gave me a gift of Lavender when I left. I would just say to drive carefully down the road to the property is all, not a criticism. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Marcella :)

Die Ferienwohnung ist einigermaßen schwer zugänglich über einen ungeteerten Weg und liegt ziemlich weit weg vom nächsten Dorf, das auch nicht viel bietet. Und doch kann man innerhalb einer Stunde Pisa und Livorno erreichen und nur ein bisschen mehr Florenz. Um einige Orte in Italien zu besuchen, liegt der Ort Pomaia also ideal. Außerdem ist es nicht weit bis zum Meer und zu kleineren Dörfern, die zwar nicht so bekannt aber dafür nicht weniger schön sind. Marcella war sehr nett und an den Tagen, an dem wir nichts vorhatten, machten wir es uns in dem schönen Garten mit dem Hund Ida gemütlich. Zum Glück gab es einen Kachelofen, sonst wäre es abends und nachts sehr kalt geworden.

Kleine, prachtige woning, met veel liefde ingericht door eigenaars. Gelegen op een prachtig, rustig terrein bij een vriendelijk, gastvrij dorp. Een absolute aanrader.
