About this apartment rental
The apartment was completed in June 2019. Michendorf is a small town with a direct motorway exit from the A10 only 10 km from Potsdam and 40 km from Berlin Zoological Garden. But regional trains from the train station 100 meters away can also take you within 25 minutes. to Potsdam and within 30 min. to Berlin Zoological Garden. The state capital Potsdam is famous u. a. because of the castle and park Sanssouci. But Berlin - capital of the Federal Republic of Germany - is always worth a visit.
If you don't want to go to the cities, Michendorf offers a charming forest and lake landscape with many small picturesque places like Caputh, Ferch and Werder (known for the tree blossom festival), in which numerous sport and leisure activities such as cycling, sailing and surfing are possible . Playing golf is also possible in nearby Seddin. If you fancy climbing parks - these can be found in Berlin, Potsdam and Klaistow.
Shopping possibilities are in the immediate vicinity.
Access to the apartment on the 1st Upper floor is via a staircase, i. H. unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.
Large windows let in a lot of sunlight, but the cool function of our geothermal heat pump ensures pleasant room temperatures.
The apartment has three double beds, divided into two bedrooms and a connecting room.
The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a shower, tub and two sinks.
The high-quality new kitchen offers a microwave, stove, dishwasher (all Bosch) and a coffee machine.
Thanks to the satellite system, numerous television programs can be received.
You can end the day comfortably on the 40 sqm roof terrace.

Nice stay at this apartment used as a homebase for visiting Berlin by train (station Michendorf is just 100 meters away).
Very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is spacious. Two actual bedrooms and one sofa bed in a hallway. Wifi reception was a bit sketchy but not a big problem for us.
Owners live below the apartment and are very friendly.
Would definitely come back here.

We had a great holiday in Michendorf. The apartment had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the terrace was lovely. The town is very small, but it's easy get around, either by car or public transport. Thanks to our hosts.
