About this villa rental
Detached 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa with a golf frontage. With south facing private pool and jacuzzi overlooking the golf course patio chairs and loungers provided.
Large dining room and lounge with dining table seating 8, CD player and internal access to double garage which has a pool table and air hockey table.
Full kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and kitchen dining area, seating 4. Washing machine and dryer are located in the garage.
Family room, , 42" plasma TV, Blu ray/DVD player, cable and Wifi access, patio window with access to pool deck.
Master bedroom has king size bed with TV and DVD, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and dressing room with safe.
Second bedroom has queen bed with TV, ensuite bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 twin beds with shared access to pool side bathroom. Both bedrooms have TVs.
Linen and towels are provided.
Recently re-decorated and re-furbished throughout.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. We had a very busy couple of weeks planned and this was the perfect base.The villa is a real home from home there’s everything that you could need.The villa was spotless on arrival and all the beds are lovely and comfortable.Around Sourthern Dunes there is every amenity you would need from places to eat and shops etc.We had great communication from the owner and won’t hesitate to book again for our next trip.

The property is on a cul de sac and abuts the golf course so there is no house behind you. You have some good separation from neighboring property and that along with shrubbery and privacy panels on the Lanai made it especially nice. The pool was nice size for the area and there was plenty of seating. Inside the home is welcoming, and the kitchen is very big and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this location. I have no complaints. I did have some trouble reaching the management company with questions and they had failed to send me the lock box code before check in. But the property itself was tremendous,.

House was lovely , clean and well equipped kitchen .Pool and hot tub warm and clean.Not familiar with alarm systems , owner and property manager both readily accessible .

I paid $100 for pool heat. On day one we called and told the management company the pool wasnt filtering. It was cold. It smelled. They affirmed that they had the message and someone would call me. 2 days later i called again and they sent me an email asking what it smelled like. By this time i only had 36 hours left and being a pool owner knew there wasnt enough time to resolve the problem so i never responded. On our last day someone showed up to shock the pool and get the filter and heat running. What a waste of money that was!
