Great news! We've reopened after Milton! 3 Restaurants, stores, our beach access & Stumpy's Free Ride now open! In a prime Manasota Key location, our talented interior designer created this beach bungalow gem with 2 bedrooms, Tv's & kitchen with dining set. Walk only 1 minute to delightfully uncrowded beach! Swim Spa with waterfall & massage therapy jets in common area. Free kayaks. Login to your favorite streaming service with Smart TVs.
Our fantastic housekeeper & reliable maintenance team live close by if an important issue comes up. We have a very thorough Guest Guide Binder in family room plus a cool Digital Guest Guide (link emailed to you in advance so you can start planning your trip right away) with lots of very helpful tips.

Walk in 4 different directions to stunning beach, picturesque Lemon Bay, nature wonderland of Stump Pass Park & fun island restaurants often with live music!
Casa Sangria is part of the charming Blue Starfish Cottages with access to all amenities provided in common areas of Blue Starfish Cottages - yet it enjoys its own separate, private interior space. (similar to a nice condo beach community)
* WELCOME! Guests have access to entire Casa Sangria beach bungalow. Sorry no boats or oversized vehicles & No visitor parking - please plan to meet up with friends/relatives at area restaurants or at the public beaches which have parking lots & changing areas.
* YOUR PARKING SPOT: If facing cottage from street, park directly in front of Casa Sangria and parallel to the cottage staying carefully within the river rock parking area and not extending onto our narrow island street.

* NOTE: TVs typically "on" at arrival. We have friendly reminder signs up throughout the property to ensure property rule compliance & to promote a peaceful safe relaxing environment for our nice community.

Like hotels - we supply "starter supplies" - toilet paper, folded paper towels, sample size coffee, tea, etc. to get you going -- then there's a Dollar Tree nearby or grocery stores if you want additional supplies.

Our stay at Casa Sangria was perfect. Everything was spotless and the provided supplies/amenities made our trip even more enjoyable. We were able to use the provided beach equipment on the beach and to relax comfortably in the condo in the evenings. The location was ideal with children as they could talk and laugh (reasonably) without disturbing neighbors and the beach was so close that no one complained on the walk. We hope to book again in the future.

Great location on Manasota Key. Had Kayaks, easy access to the ocean - with supplies you would need provided on the property - chairs, wagon, etc!! Small pool but it does the trick. The master bedroom is spacious! 2nd bedroom just right. Kitchen with everything you need. Small but adequate bathroom.

The toilet and shower drain were plugged entire stay. Asked for it to be fixed each of 3 days and someone came but problem was never fixed. Other then that, it was a great place and had a good time.
