Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was SO nice! I love this property, the views, the patio & balconies, the proximity to the pool, the location near Harbortown, the kitchen facilities, the master shower, the game closet & tray tables, etc….!! Thanks for helping us have a perfect place to stay.

I loved this property so much—there were many many positives—the pretty views of the marsh, patio & balconies, the location so near to H-town, the proximity to the pool, the kitchen facilities were great, the master bath shower is lovely, the master closet is so nice, the nautical decor, the game closet & tray tables, the pool raft left behind & all pumped up was awesome, & so many other great things!! Thank you so much for this great opportunity!

We liked how the unit was clean, ideally located nearby to all we wanted to do, and it comfortably accommodated our family of 4. HOWEVER, it was terribly dated. Furniture, decor, appliances, fixtures, etc. Worst of all, was the service provided by Vacasa. The folks in the local office were great, but you can never reach them. It seems to always be forward to their (outsourced) service personnel which are horrific to deal with. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. We were on our summer vacation, and for 2 days I was calling because the pool gate code they emailed me didn't work. Finally, on day 3 they realized I was sent the wrong code and gave me the correct one. The service was going to call back, follow-up, open a ticket, etc. but never did. 3 days I kept calling! We vacation on HHI often and I've dealt with several rental agencies, but never had so much frustration and disappointment. Best to stick with SeaPines, Coastal Vacations, VRBO, Marriott, and the like.
