About this villa rental
You really can't go wrong in Shipyard's Evian village and this beautifully updated 3 bedroom and 3 bath, townhouse villa will not let you down.
To the immediate right of the entry door are a hall bath and a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV/DVD, a walk-in closet, a private sink area, and a connecting door to the hall bath.
The next right opens to the fully equipped galley kitchen featuring new black/stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, and a dining counter with 3 barstools. The far end of this room widens to a sunny dining area with a table for 6, large windows with a landscape view, and a French door to the outside deck. Behind this room is a small laundry room with a full size washer & dryer.
Straight through the entry foyer leads to a spacious corner living room with a built-in wet bar, a lovely seating group of a sofa and 3 side chairs, a TV/VCR/DVD, and windows/French doors on 2 sides; 1 with a lagoon view, and 2 opening to the deck, which has a covered dining table.
On the second floor are 2 more bedrooms, each with a private bath. The beautifully furnished primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV armoire, a large window overlooking the lagoon and golf course, and a walk-in closet, and the 3rd bedroom has a king bed as well and a TV/DVD.
Shipyard is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf.The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.
Evian, a popular vacation destination within Shipyard, is an oasis of serenity in itself. An old fashioned gazebo and numerous benches, overlooking the 5 acre lagoon with its sweeping footbridge, provide an unsurpassed view of native wildlife. The nearby Olympic size pool is open year round, and is adjacent to the 6 free and lighted, tennis courts. For the ocean lover, a 12-15 minute walk, or 5-7 minute bike ride, brings you to the plantation beach club on the Atlantic Ocean. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

This lovely 3 bedroom townhouse was the perfect place for our family. We enjoyed riding bikes safely throughout the property, especially to the beach! The pool is very close as were several tennis courts. We especially enjoyed the deck with an awning over the dining table.
The property was centrally located with easy access to the public beach, restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. We enjoyed meals at Mi Terra, Skull Creek Boathouse, and Java Burrito.
If I had any recommended improvements, it would be to have faster internet, but in the overall scheme of things, that was minor.
We highly recommend this property.
