Entering the villa, the bedroom is on the immediate right with a king bed and a flatscreen TV. Past the bedroom is the renovated bathroom with custom vanity and countertop and a standalone shower.

Beginning November 5, 2023, the elevator will be down for four weeks due to maintenance.
This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer; there are coin-operated facilities located on-site.
During the months of September - May, the complex may be performing varied maintenance work. Effects of this can include but are not limited to, extra noise, reduced parking, and construction zones. We will do our best to make all guests aware, but Vacasa does not always get notified of projects before they start. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience during your stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was very clean and well stocked with towels, soaps shampoo, etc. The view was beautiful and the beach was a short walk and not crowded. Fantastic location close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Great location, oceanfront and near Coligny Beach and bike paths. This was our second year in a row staying here for our anniversary. We would certainly return again except we now have a dog and this particular property does not allow pets.

A very nice condo- well decorated, clean, but very crowded. A king bed is nice, but sacrifices needed space. No dresser, closet doors don’t open all the way and trying to access the closet is awkward. Wouldn’t rent again
