The beach is across the street, and guests can walk to a boat landing, the shops and restaurants of the Marriott Beach and Golf Resort, and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center where they can enjoy a free hour of play. The condo complex offers a lagoon with shared docks, a swimming pool, and a children's pool.
When you return from the beach, you'll find a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. Inside, you can relax in front of the living room's 40-inch flatscreen television with DVD player or a TV in either of the two bedrooms. In addition to the upstairs balcony, there is also a small deck with a sitting area at the front of the house.

Whole family loved condo. Place was clean and bright. Loved the fully stocked and upgraded kitchen. Location to beach and pool were fantastic. Would definitely stay at this unit again. Flooring was all tile and wood so made keeping it clean so easy. Short walk to tennis and general store.

Whole family loved the unit. Flooring was so easy to keep clean (love tile). Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. 3 tv’s made the place great for families with kids. Pool was wonderful just yards away. The best was the direct beach access. It was so close to beach where walking back and forth to go to lunch and bathroom was easy. Would definitely stay again. Thanks
