This truly named condo.........is stunning! Enter through your own private elevator into 3300 sq. feet of beach front condo with all new furnishings. Every detail of this condo has been updated. New paint throughout, polished floors, new ceiling fans and window treatments. (Double window treatments in the bedrooms for extra black out!) There are 2 master suites with king size beds, and a jacuzzi tub in the main master. Every bedroom has its own bathroom along with flat screen TVs and remote controlled ceiling fans. A gourmet, spacious,well equipped kitchen with granite countertops for the master chef in you. There is a new BBQ on your private veranda overlooking the ocean. Or three blocks away, the marina awaits with lots of restaurant choices. Unobstructed views of the ocean, mountain tops and gorgeous city lights at night. Built in 2006, Shangri-la a gated community that has everything you need. Exclusive beach access, gym, tennis courts, children's area. A great poolside bar and restaurant. Concierge service available for all your wants and needs.

Views were gorgeous. There were a couple of issues that were taken care of. 4th bedroom has 2 tiny twin beds, so small for my teenager kids. All other rooms were nice size. Overall great stay.
