Sète, rent beautiful apartment F2 on the ground floor of a villa on the hill of Sète, Mont St. Clear. Calm, magnificent sea view. South exposure. Located in a green setting: pines, palm trees, oleander, bougainvillea.
Living room with integrated kitchen. Bedroom with 160x200 bed, large closet and air conditioning. Bathroom with shower. Separate WC. The apartment is equipped with every comfort (washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, 2 electric hotplates, TNT satellite TV, Internet via WIFI, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cooking tools.
Large 25 m² semi-shaded terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture and parasol and deckchairs. Free parking space in front of the house. Shops and beaches at 800m. Ideal for people and seniors who seek calm and rest.
Sète is perfectly located for exploring the Languedoc Roussillon region. Cultural visits to Montpellier or Beziers at 30 km, Nimes 70 km, Arles 110 km or Avignon and Carcassonne 120 km.
The magnificent villages in the Cevennes like St. Guilhem-le-Déserts, or the circus of Navacelles, the caves of Clamouse or the Demoiselles.
Good stop also to go to Spain and for the donut on the beautiful beaches of the Lido.

A lovely hill top property with beautiful views of the Mediterranean . The access road is a very challenging drive , steep ,narrow , very twisted and rugged . Access by foot is even more difficult and unsuitable for anyone with a disability or unable to manage considerable
physical exertion .

Logement situé dans un endroit dépaysant proche du Mont Saint-Clair. Calme et reposant. Belle vue sur la Méditerranée.

Tout correspond au descriptif: appartement au calme dans une voie sans issue escarpée (pas adaptée en cas de mobilité réduite).
L’équipement est très bien, et l’hôte à l’écoute.
La terrasse est plutôt ombragée mais permet de bronzer au soleil aussi.
Sète est proche à quelques kilomètres accessible soit en voiture (5-10 minutes selon la circulation), piste cyclable sur la corniche - 10-15 minutes) voire à pied 45 minutes pour les marcheurs).
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et n’hésiterons pas à relouer cet endroit plein de charme.
