The apartment and Philip were wonderful - all was as described and the location was beautiful - the apartment itself was set in a gorgeous courtyard and Philip was always on hand if we needed anything.
The only issue we had (and reason ive given check in 1 star) was with the VRBO website. I received messages from Philip but was unable to contact him via the "contact owner" page....and even when I flagged this with your customer service got no help.
This left us unsure of the check in process on the day, so we just had to turn up at the property and hope for the best! Not exactly a great start to the trip...

Great central location for quick 10 minute walk to shops or the beach. The area was recomended by local friend. Apartment was plenty spacious for family of 4.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Sète et sa corniche, entre calme et fraîcheur (de la location) et animations (à quelques pas)... Hôte discret et sympathique.

We spent a most enjoyable two weeks in September 2016 in Sète where the charming hosts, M. and Mme. Urban, were both welcoming and attentive. The comfortable apartment was furnished with everything we needed, had pleasant balcony and terrace areas and secure shady off road parking.Sète is an attractive and vibrant town within easy reach of the appartment with plenty of good seafood restaurants. There are some wonderful beaches nearby and plenty of interesting towns within easy reach as well,We hope to revisit Sète and, if we do, we will definitely stay here again.----------------Nous avons passé un très agréable deux semaines en septembre 2016 à Sète ou les hôtes charmants, M. et Mme. Urban, étaient à la fois accueillants et attentionnés. Lappartement confortable est meublé avec tout ce que nous avons besoin, était agréable balcon et une terrasse zones et sécurisé ombragé hors route un parking.Sète est un attrayant et vibrante ville à proximité de lappartement avec beaucoup de bons fruits de mer restaurants. Il ya quelques merveilleux plages à proximité et beaucoup dintéressant villes à proximité ainsi. Nous espérons revenir à Sète et, si nous pouvons le faire, nous allons certainement séjour ici à nouveau.
