About this apartment rental
Our beautiful and completely newly furnished apartment is located in the attic of a well-kept residential building, centrally located in the beautiful town of Annweiler am Trifels, between the Palatinate Forest and the vineyards of the South Palatinate. You can easily reach on foot in a few minutes in the morning a bakery, many shopping and rest stops, bus and train, the historic center and numerous hiking and walking trails, or you start from here to many varied day trips in the region.
The open roof studio can accommodate 2 people and is equipped with a small kitchen (everything available for preparing breakfast, snacks and small meals), bathroom with shower and a large living and bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm with 2 mattresses) , WiFi is accessible without cost. In good weather you can enjoy on the roof terrace a magnificent view of Annweiler and the surrounding Palatinate mountains. The apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external spiral staircase. Please understand that the apartment is rented as a non-smoking apartment (smoking is allowed on the roof terrace of course) and the bringing of pets is not possible.

Es ist eine gemütliche, nett eingerichtete Wohnung, in der nichts fehlt. Alles war sehr sauber, sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, ist sauber, es gab je eine Flasche Wein und Wasser zur Begrüßung, man kommt gut zu Fuß in die nette Innenstadt von Annweiler oder auf Wanderwege.
Folgende Kritikpunkte: Die Wohnung liegt zwar in einer kleinen Sackstraße, aber knapp oberhalb einer viel befahrenen Durchgangsstraße und ist entsprechend laut. Die Dachwohnung ist über eine enge, draußen liegende Wendeltreppe erreichbar. An den sonnigen Tagen war es in der Wohnung, obwohl erst Anfang Juni, bereits sehr warm (keine Klimaanlage). Die Markise der (sehr schönen) Dachterrasse war schwergängig (Handkurbel). Der Elektroherd in der Küche war schlecht/improvisiert eingepasst, so dass zwischen Herd und Einfassung eine unangenehme Lücke war. Mülltrennung ist gefordert - aber eine Biomülltonne am Haus nicht vorhanden. Es kann vorkommen, dass der Parkplatz belegt ist (nicht als zur Wohnung gehörig markiert), es sei denn, man "blockiert" ihn mit einer Mülltonne (die man dazu hin- und herrollen muss - Tipp der Vermieterin).
