Discover our completely new, ecologically renovated holiday home on the outskirts of Annweiler, which offers generous space for up to 4 people with its 120 square metres. Enjoy the perfect combination of modern comfort and a natural location, ideal for a relaxing retreat from everyday life.
Inside the house, you will find a modern and fully equipped room layout on two floors that leaves nothing to be desired. On the ground floor you will find a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a living room equipped with TV and W-LAN. The kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and other useful kitchen appliances. There is also a separate WC. Upstairs there is a further bedroom, a small living room with sofa bed and a renovated bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. A second shower in the basement provides additional comfort.
The outdoor area of the holiday home reflects the idyllic location on the outskirts of the town. Here you can spend relaxing hours and enjoy the natural atmosphere. Guests can easily park on the street in front of the house.
The area surrounding the holiday home offers a wide range of leisure activities. Hike through the picturesque landscapes, explore the popular Palatinate huts or go on a bike tour, climbing tour or mountain bike tour in the surrounding area. The historic town centre of Annweiler is just 500 metres away and the imposing Trifels Castle can be reached on foot or by car. There are three take-off sites for paragliders in the immediate vicinity.
