Terraced house, terrace and balcony open to the golf course, located 50 m from a communal pool, and 700 m from the beach with 2 pedestrian access either by golf or by the forest. The house occupies a very privileged situation on the edge of the golf. Living room with American kitchen, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and coffee pod, TV (TNT) and WC. On the floor great dessing on landing with a barrier child safety, 1 room opening on a small balcony with a bed 140x190 and another with 2 beds 90x190 as well as a room of bath with TOILET.

We had a great stay in this nice house. It was clean and well equiped,we had everything we needed. It is located next to the golf course,so it's calm there. Nevertheless, there are pools and several activities offered in the residence and the wonderful beach and the centre are in walking distance with restaurants, surf schools and supermarkets. The owners are very welcoming and always reachable in case needed. We all enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next year. Thanks for everything!ssschoolschools

The little house is in the middle of a golf court. You have a nice view on the golf field from your terrasse / rooms. But be prepared that the lawn is mowed in the early mornings... It is very quiet and still Moliets offers lots of places to go for all ages and preferences. The beach is in walking distance, but takes ca. 20 minutes.
The house is equipped with literally everything you could imagine. It is best suited for families with 2 kids.
Tipp: Ask the owners to have the beds made for a small fee.
Bring rackets for tennis or table tennis, beach volleyball - the facilities are all there and in very good quality.
All in all the place is absolutely worth the money. Enjoy your stay!
