About this villa rental
This cheery and sun-filled, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, country- style villa, offers wonderful lagoon and golf course views along with front and back porches. 11 Cottages is located in the naturist Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island, and is absolutely perfect for a soul-searching getaway, a girl’s weekend, a small family vacation, or a quick guys’ golf retreat. Unlike many villas, it is one floor with dedicated parking at the front door. Being an end unit it provides abundant natural light on all three sides.
The front porch offers two rocking chairs and serves as the ideal spot to sit and drink in the cool evening breeze. Upon entering the unit, you are welcomed by the quaint dining room that has a table and seating for six. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the conveniently located washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
The very open kitchen is well equipped and provides all that you will need to feel right at home, including marble countertops, abundant cabinetry, new range and refrigerator plus a double-hung window with the perfect view to inspire a gourmet meal.
Off the kitchen is also a breakfast bar with two plush barstools. The living room features two very comfy, reclining chairs, as well as a luxurious couch, a flat screen television, and a French door leading to the back deck with its panoramic view of the lagoon and golf course.
Both bedrooms are designed immaculately and feature king-sized beds with flat screen televisions, hardwood floors, and their own private bath/ shower combinations.

The place is lovely. We enjoyed the back porch next to a canal with lots of wild life to watch. Two king beds was a plus, kitchen nicely stocked and furnishings are very comfortable.

We love going to HHI and have stayed in Shipyard on multiple occasions. This house was perfect! Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, nice back deck and front porch. It was all very nice and just like the pics.
Communication with the rental company was very easy and made the process seamless. They actually called me the first afternoon to say that the owner had noticed the thermostat temp kept rising even though it was set low and that there was an AC repairman on his way.
We would definitely stay here again.
