About this apartment rental
Quiet, comfortable apartment with garden and sea view. The house is newly renovated and has 55 sqm, 1 bedroom with a desk, a living-dining room with kitchenette, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. From all the windows you have a view over the garden to the sea. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two storey traditional stone house, with separate entrance and private garden in front of the apartment.
The house is located in a car free village, 358 m high over the sea. The distance from the parking lot at the entrance of the village to the house is 120m walk. Marked trails start from the village in various directions. Car-free Sotiras is above Areopolis, in the region of Mani, South Peloponnese, and has a wonderful view to the sea in the west, and to mountains and villages in the other directions.. The village is connected to the city of Areopolis with an old stone path - a 10 minute walk from the car park or 5 minutes by car. Several hiking trails on partially exposed stone paths lead either to the sea or to the mountains. The closest beach, about 7 minutes by car, is next to Limeni, a picturesque, historical village with fish taverns on the water.

The apartment and the garden are very nice and well equipped. We also appreciated the calm and fresh ancient small village. The location is very convenient for exploring the Mani. Daniel is very friendly and told us many stories about Mani. We will surely suggest this place to our friends.

Es hat uns beiden sehr gut gefallen.
Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung im traditionellen Mani Haus.
Gut beheizbar und für den Frühling geeignet.

Een prachtig gerenoveerd huis in een dorpje waarvan ongeveer de helft van de huizen is gerestaureerd. En de andere helft dus niet. Het toegangspad naar het huis is daarom nogal rommelig.
De benedenwoning wordt verhuurd, en heeft een fijne groene en goed onderhouden tuin. De woning is eenvoudig ingericht, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er wel, inclusief de basis voedsel voorzieningen.
De ontvangst was hartelijk, inclusief handige tips over de Mani.
Het huis ligt vlakbij Areopolis, Limeni en het prima strand van Itilo. Maar eigenlijk is heel de buiten-Mani prima bereikbaar.
