Expect a quiet-luxury lake escape in Alexandria, Minnesota - where timeless summer and cabin traditions meet modern comfort. Our lakefront home is designed for families and groups who want space, serenity, and unforgettable memories with the convenience of being easy to get to.
We have been told that the beautifully covered outdoor deck is the most used room in the house during the summer!
Our guests have loved our dining room table because it seats 14 so everyone can eat and be together!
Important Feature - No-Step Entry into the house from the front door and garage entry. The main-level primary suite (1 King and 1 Queen) shares a no step shower with bench and handheld showerhead option.
Designed with three distinct 2-bedroom + bath areas it is ideal for families and groups of all kinds.
Spend your summer days cruising the lake on the INCLUDED ' 22-foot pontoon.
Outdoor ping-pong in the summer along with a horseshoe pit. Garage ping-pong in the non-summer seasons.
Kids will love the Rainbow Play System, sand near the shoreline, a cleared swimming area, and endless outdoor space, while adults unwind on the private dock, gather around the fire pits, or enjoy sundown cocktails on the water.
Inside, you’ll find a beautifully curated home with upscale finishes, great bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches that make your stay effortless.
LAKE LOUISE: A smaller quiet lake, just 4 miles from Downtown Alexandria, perfect for cruising, fishing and swimming without lake congestion. Louise is well stocked with Northerns, Crappies, Walleyes and Sunfish, and is popular for ice fishing during winter months. The lake is 300-acres with depths up to 33 feet. Public access boat launch located 1/4 miles from the house.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Private Dock, 22 ft pontoon and paddle boat (Fishing Opener-September), covered upper deck with ceiling fans and dining table that seats 10 with additional chairs, gas grill, lounge chairs, covered lower patio with ping pong table, Adirondack chairs that face lake, Rainbow playset, fire pit and a horse shoe pit.
INDOOR LIVING: 2 living rooms (upper & lower) each with gas fireplace and large screen Smart TV’s, dining table seats 14, poker/game table, 2 additional smart TV’s, ceiling fans.
KITCHENS: Main level: Fully equipped, dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 ovens, microwave, garbage compactor, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, Crock-Pot, dishware/flatware, wine glasses, Keurig, hand mixer, blender, complimentary spices, kitchen island (4 stools). Lower-level kitchenette: second refrigerator, microwave.
GENERAL: Strong Wi-Fi, 2 washers, 2 dryers, linens/towels/beach towels, central heating & air conditioning, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, cleaning essentials.
KIDS: crib, 2 pack-n-plays, 2 high chairs, toys, books, dinner ware.
PARKING: Garage (2 vehicles). Maximum 8 cars total for property.

The hosts were very welcoming, and quickly responsive to questions. We appreciated use of the garage for unloading food and luggage, and parking as needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was important to us. What a nice, spacious home!

The Haven is a lovely home spacious and welcoming. We really enjoyed ourselves. There were games and toys and the outside would be wonderful for our families when it’s not winter.

We had a great experience here with our family of 11. The owners were very responsive, the place was very clean and so well stocked! The view is gorgeous and so nice of them to let us use their pontoon boat. Highly recommend!
