About this house rental
2025 Rental Updates:
- Weekly rentals available starting May 31st through October 11th (October dates are weather permitting).
- Saturday to Saturday rentals ONLY (due to cleaning turnover service). However, please inquiry about all vacation dates outside of our weekly rates and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Preferred - Minimum 7 Nights.
- Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends are the ONLY weekends we offer as packaged weekend stays (less than 7 Nights). However, weekly rentals surrounding these weekends are available as well.
About the cottage:
The cottage is small, cozy and quaint. Nestled in 'The Pines' neighborhood, the property is filled with old Rehoboth character and charm.
The cottage has original old pine floors, is decorated simply, and has recently undergone renovation: The bathroom and kitchen have been updated with new appliances and fixtures. Located five blocks from the water, and one block from Rehoboth Avenue, tenants can walk to local boutiques, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, tennis courts, farmers market, and of course the Boardwalk and beach.
The property includes:
- in-town location
- 2 bedrooms (2 full beds, 2 twin beds)
- updated bathroom (located downstairs, only bathroom in house)
- screened-in front porch
- front deck
- AC window units
- flat screen Smart TV
- wifi
- gas grill
- back patio table and chairs
- full size washer/dryer
- enclosed outside shower
- Rehoboth Beach parking permits (2)
- beach chairs (2)
- Sheets, pillow cases & towels can be provided for tenants per request. However, due to Covid-19, it is preferred that tenants bring their own linens and towels.
Besides reading books, playing cards and board games, picking crabs, sipping cocktails on the deck, or enjoying old-fashioned ice-cream on the front porch, relax and enjoy your stay in the sun, sand and surf.
Enjoy many other activities in Rehoboth such as:

- visit the Rehoboth Museum
- sailing, watersports, fishing
- Funland rides and arcades
- shopping in the tax-free outlets and boutiques

Cute, tiny cottage with great location; updated bathroom but older kitchen- remainder of cottage frozen in time- great location, walkable to everywhere. Airconditioners noisy with dirty filters, moldy smell throughout.

Our stay was great! we had everything we needed at the cottage. We really enjoyed the front porch for breakfast. The parking permits made getting to the beach very easy! We also loved the location so close to town.
