About this house rental
Beautiful villa, which will seduce you suddenly on next to the golf Moliets in a residence with swimming pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09).
Villa for 4/6 people, semi-detached, without vis-à-vis, facing South West, air-conditioned with living room and parental room in the veranda.
With a wooden terrace of 50m2 in height overlooking the pine forest, exceptional setting guaranteed! You will be able to benefit in peace and conviviality thanks to its living room of garden and its plancha. The whole on a ground of fine sand of 500 m2.
The villa is composed of:
- 1 bedroom in the veranda with 140 * 190 bed
- 1 living room with TV, WIFI, sofa bed with 2 beds
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds
- 1 friendly living room overlooking a kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, mini oven, combined fridge / freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. ..).
- 1 bathroom and separate toilet
You will enjoy the immensity of our beaches, bike paths and hiking trails. Free shuttles at the entrance of the residence with buses "Yego" (in season) serving beaches (2km), supermarkets and downtown.
Nearby: surfing, golf, accrobranche, walk in the forest Landes, boat trip on the current of huchet.
Possibility to lend our bikes.
All the furniture will be new for the new summer season.
Our friends the animals will be accepted after prior agreement of the owner.
No smoking inside the house.
A deposit check of 1000 € (not cashed) will be requested and returned 7 days after your departure.

L'espace extérieure et l'aménagement intérieur. Accueil parfait et suivi du même ordre. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons adoré la maison, la région, les plages, les activités à proximité, une magnifique découverte!
La maison est très bien équipée, très propre, la chambre parentale est royale et la literie est top! Nous y étions avec nos 3 enfants et ils se “battaient” pour dormir dans le grand canapé lit du salon, très confortable aussi.
La terrasse est grande et intime. Les hamacs sont parfaits ainsi que la parrillada et tous les équipements prêtés dans la petite cabane.
Nous avons aussi essayé la piscine qui est très bien.
La plage de Moliets est toute proche et Soustons (plus sauvage) aussi. Adrénaline Parc est à deux minutes en voiture (ou à vélo) et nos enfants (11 à 14 ans) ont adoré y faire de l’accrobranche et du paintball.
Finalement une très bonne communication avec les propriétaires et un très bon accueil sur place.
Que du bonheur! Nous n’avons qu’une envie : y retourner au plus vite!!!

La location est très cosy et fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour , ambiance nature , un plus pour la terrasse et la chambre ! Idéalement située à 20 minutes de Capbreton, Hossegor et à 6 minutes de Léon où nous avons profité du petit marché local avec de bons produits .

Bonjour, nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour a moliets dans ce logement, on tout s'est passé idéalement. Très bon accueil, logement conforme à nos attentes, grande terrasse ensoleillée surplombant les pins, chambre principale avec baies vitrées sans vis a vis. Les équipements sont neufs et de qualité, le logement est très agréable à vivre, la déco sympa, et il règne sur les hauteurs un calme rarement vu pour une location de vacances : au pire le cigales vont réveilleront à 10 heures.
Le plus : des vélos de toutes tailles mis a disposition, top pour aller à la plage des chênes lièges, à 10 minutes.
Coté négatif : rien.
Bilan : ultra positif.
