Not a party house (please review house rules) but the ideal home for up to 6 people. Dogs (2 max) allowed with pet fee.

The space

This Cozy House is comfortable for an intimate weekend, a small group of friends, or a family gathering. The kitchen is ready for cooking and offers enough dinning room seating for your group.
3 Bedrooms: 1 queen bed very comfortable Nectar Mattress and Pillows with master bath, second bedroom has 1 queen bed Nectar Mattress and pillows and the third bedroom 2 twin bed Nectar Mattress and pillows.
Each bedroom has a Roku Smart TV
*All bedding washed between each guest stay

2 Bathrooms: Master bath with shower, vanity cabinet with sink, toilet, you can find a hair dryer and a hair curler. Second bathroom with shower, vanity cabinet with sink, and toilet.

Living room: sectional sofa for 6 people, 42" Roku Smart TV, coffee table, ceiling fan and a decorative (not in use) pellet stove.

Guest access

You will have the entire home with washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals: coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, microwave, stove, walk-in pantry, fenced side and back yard, outdoor patio with table and chairs, garage with remote control for 1 car, off-street parking for 2 more cars, or maybe your boat.
The front door has a code lock for self check-in, enter the code provided then turn the knob.
The closet in the hall is locked with owners supplies.

Other things to note

If you plan to bring your sweet pup (s), we appreciate it so much if you could send us a message to let us know. Pet fee will be added. The pet fee is $20 per dog per booking.
The dog must not be left unattended at the house unless in a crate and not barking. The dog may not be on the furniture at anytime
Fees will be charged for excess dirt, hair or stains that can not be removed on furniture, bedding & linens.
No smoking of any kind allowed in the house.
Our house is not appropriate for rowdy groups, events, or additional guests not in your party.

Allergy Warning: This house is pet friendly and guests often bring dogs and cats. Pets often carry environmental allergens (from their outdoor adventures) so this house may not be suitable for anyone with pet or environmental allergies.

We use air freshener in the rooms and floral detergent for the bed clothes, please let us know if you are sensitive to odors.
