You will not want to leave! 10 minutes to famous 5th Ave and 10 minutes to the beautiful white sandy beaches! Huge heated pool! This is a very well equipped and spacious 2nd floor condo with cathedral ceiling in the living room/dining room area. The condo is tiled throughout and features fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one shower and one bathtub), breakfast bar, formal dining area, and a spacious and comfortable living room, laundry room, and one assigned parking spot. The specious master bedroom offers a king size bed with walk in closet and a master bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. You will find extra beach chairs and a beach umbrella stored in the utility room. Enjoy morning coffee on a screened lanai.
Miniature golf, Botanical Garden, the Zoo, Celebration Park - permanent food truck ally in the Bayshore Arts section - are within minutes from this condo.
Winterpark offers a casual and relaxing atmosphere. It is beautifully maintained with lots of greenery and vegetation. It offers one of the largest swimming pools in Naples, bocce court, tennis and pickleball courts, bicycle/walking path, etc. The resort-like heated community pool is known for its pristine water quality. The pool has a clubhouse with many activities and plenty of comfortable lounge chairs.
This condo is located off Davis Blvd and just east of Airport Pulling Road. You are minutes away from wonderful downtown Naples, famous Naples Pier, and white sandy beaches. Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South are the focal points for Naples shopping in the historic downtown area, with numerous art galleries, chic clothing boutiques and home decor shops. We are just 10 minutes to the beach, shelling tours, deep sea fishing, and dinner cruises at the public dock. Golfing, shopping on beautiful 5th Avenue, downtown Naples, and many restaurants are close by, not to mention the sunsets on the white sandy beach.

Great Location. Close to downtown with all the great restaurants. Close to pier and beach. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The owner checked on us during our stay - very responsive.

Had a wonderful time at this very quiet and clean home. Edy provides very good information on the area. And was quick to respond to any questions. The community is very friendly and we really enjoyed the pool!

My husband and I had a wonderful time here in Naples and totally enjoyed the WinterPark community. We were here for 6 weeks during January and February. The weather was varied - warm days and cool days; great compared to our home town weather.
The condo was great! It was very clean and neat and well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the beach. Edy, our hostess was great! She communicated frequently with us and was very accommodating. The WinterPark pool was spacious with a lot of chairs surrounding it. Beyond the WinterPark walls was plenty of places to walk. Publix is in walking distance.
The location of the condo in Naples was ideal. Close to downtown, East Naples Park (and the Naples Pickleball Center), beaches, Marco Island, shopping and dining.

Great value and owners were always available and resposived to the very few minor questions we had. Clean, well stocked and equipped for our longer stay. Highly recommend.
