Offers two king bedrooms and a bedroom with two twins; each with a private bath. A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer can be found on this level, making it convenient for all guests. A workspace and a monitor is provided in an alcove for those times when you may need to check in with the office or work from home.
Bottom level:
Contains the game room, kitchenette, bedroom with two bunk beds, and a queen master bedroom.

Enjoyed our time, the house was great. No major issues. The small refrigerator in the basement wasn’t working and someone arrived to take a look at it within an hour of the email being sent. We ended up leaving early because of hurricane Erin, weren’t sure what to expect.

This was a wonderful property and we had a great stay. Can't give it a 5, but I'd do 4.5 if I could! Elevator was great and a super benefit for my husband and me (the grandparents) as we were both having mobility issues. We were able to manage the stairs over the dunes though-- in part because we didn't have to trudge the ones at the house all the time. Easy walk to the beach-access walkway, as well as to the community pool and tennis/pickleball nets. Loved how the dining table accommodated the 12-13 of us. We used the rental credit for four bikes, and they were well used. Downsides: Toilets not all cleaned when we arrived; I wondered if it had been vacant for awhile, because I know toilet bowls can get rings around water line when there's no one using them for awhile. Suggestion: Cleanliness should be checked by rental agent.It was great to have room around the dining table for all of us, and I wished there were sufficient chairs on the deck that we might have all sat around out there together.

We enjoyed our stay at 70 Steps. It comfortably fit 3 families (13 total people). The house was immaculate upon arrival - both inside and out. The king beds (2 of them) are super comfy. We cooked several nights and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and supplies. The elevator was handy for bringing groceries up to the kitchen. The walk to the beach took a couple minutes. You do climb some steps and have to walk over a dune, and then back down some steps to get on the beach, but the walk was not far at all.
Plenty of parking for 4 cars.
The pool is on the smaller side and perfect for cooling off. It is not a diving pool, so be aware of that.
This was out first trip to Corolla and the house made our vacation extra memorable. Thank you!
