Location was great. The bedrooms were all comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was comfortable and extremely well equipped. Supplies for dogs under the sink and hook for leashes by the door were a nice touch. Plenty of space for games, reading a book, chatting with friends, or any group activities.

Pool area wasn’t show ready; no chairs set up, hoses left out creating a potential fall risk. Chairs on balconies in disarray; haven’t been clean in a very long time. We understand that we were responsible for paper products, but upon arrival most bathrooms had no toilet paper. One hair dryer for 6 bedrooms. Overall, the house is in need up fresh paint and deep cleaning, especially the decks. The pool area had a fenced in area with old chairs, pool noodles, etc. Not enough towels for large group of people; no beach towels for pool. Bedroom closets had extra linen, pillows, etc., mostly on the floor in disarray. Lastly, the house needs to be treated for roaches.
