About this house rental
Come and stay at our relaxing and peaceful 980sq.ft. 3 bedroom and 2 bath home located on Sturgeon Bay Point. Enjoy the private water frontage with shore or dock access to great fishing, water sports and boating waters that surround Drummond Island for miles.
The mobile home is a 1992 and faces the bay. The kitchen, dining and living room have a north easterly exposure. French doors opening onto the deck offer a great view of the beautiful morning sunrises and the breathtaking sunsets.
The view out onto Sturgeon Bay looks toward Harbor Island and takes in a great deal of the surrounding islands. Birds, water fowl, deer and small animal sightings occurring quite regularly. In the winter the lake freezes over and you can snowmobile from the front yard to town or to the tree line trail that takes you to Canada. And those who don't ride the ice can hit our nicely groomed trail system.
There is easy access to the Soo Locks, Sault Canada, St Ignace and Mackinaw Island for those of you who like to do some day trips.
Note: Pets are allowed but the system only allows for a set fee pet rate and charges which I have set at 75.00 but that is per pet. If only have one dog cat etc. the 75.00 pet fee will cover you if have more then one then you are responsible for a additional 75 per pet charge and while at property your responsible for pets actions and any damages caused to property or furniture. We do not want pets on furniture. The charge is to offset extra cleaning times required do to pet hair smells Etc. Thank you management.

Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. There is no internet, and spotty cellular service, if that's important to you, (it wasn't to us).
The property is clean and well cared for. Large deck for sitting outside.
