This 2 bedroom/2 bath offers a breath taking view of the emerald waters of the Gulf and is beautifully furnished and up-dated with everything you need. Master has a king bed and guest bedroom has a queen bed and private entrance to second bathroom. The King bathroom has renovated walk in shower. The living room offers over-sized sofa (queen sofa bed) and chair for relaxing in front of the ocean view. Your balcony looks directly over the pristine white sands of the beach on Okaloosa Island - listen to the waves roll in and dolphins playing every morning. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up that fresh catch! Or walk outside and jump on the trolley to one of the wonderful nearby restaurants or attractions.

The unit is on the third floor out of seven. There is covered garage parking on premise. In my opinion, this is a bonus! On property, luggage carts are far and few in between. Therefore, we were always in search of a cart. There are accessible elevators, somewhat contrary and slow. So, be prepared to hand carry your belongings to your unit.
The view of the gulf waterfront is very nice from inside the unit and most essentials are included your stay. Unfortunately, the VRBO listing and photos did not fully disclose the view directly under the unit's patio balcony. For your viewing pleasure, there is fenced in pool equipment ( i.e. heaters, DE filters, pumps, plywood, empty chlorine buckets, shovels, construction cones etc...). I understand the pool equipment is required. However, disclosing this 'eye-sore' in the property's rental description should be have been more transparent in the listing.
The property was visited primarily by multi-families during our stay. There is only one small pool on property for ALL to share. Not an adequate size for the number of rental units. There isn't a pool curfew enforced by the "parents" or the property managers. Most nights, the noise level is quite loud until 11pm-ish. Overall, the unit is just very loud. You can hear the chairs "scooting" across the floors in the units above and "kids just being kids" not using their 'quiet voices'.Therefore, we will not be returning to this rental.
