Discover this charming one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen’s Old Town. Boasting a spacious south-facing terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the harbour and sea, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the all-day sun, enjoy alfresco dining, or relax with a cool drink as the sun sets. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, the apartment offers a private street-level entrance (no stairs), with public parking conveniently available right outside.
Inside, the apartment has been tastefully renovated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and air conditioning for the warmer months. Free Wi-Fi and a 55" 4K UHD TV provide access to English and Irish Freeview channels, along with premium Sky Movies, Sports, and on-demand content.
The modern kitchen features a fridge/freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, built-in microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, and all necessary cookware, crockery, and glassware. An iron and ironing board are also provided, along with a secure safe for your valuables.
The outdoor terrace has been recently enhanced with comfortable seating, a new electric extendable awning for shade, and fold-away chairs for guests. Blankets are also provided, allowing you to continue enjoying the harbour views even on cooler evenings.
The bathroom has been updated to a contemporary style, featuring a large walk-in rainfall shower, new WC, modern vanity unit, and storage cabinet for toiletries. Towels are provided and refreshed for stays longer than 7 days. Beach towels are available upon request.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and well furnished. The instructions were clear and everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony gave good views of the old harbour.The area was very quiet overnight. Parking close by was easy apart from once on a Sunday. There are good local restaurants, Chalana, Casa Cabana and Marios just above were welcoming. It is worth booking in advance.
