About this house rental
Our vacation home is fully furnished with beautiful high quality furnishings, TV, Stereo, Outdoor lighting, Linens, Towels, Fully Outfitted Kitchen, Washer & Dryer and Outdoor Barbeque. The Barbeque Grill is connected to Natural Gas so you will never have to worry about empty propane tanks.
The beautiful Salt Water Swimming Pool is 15' x 28' and has a waterfall feature. The pool can be heated and lighted so you can swim all night long. Because it is a salt water pool, you skin won't feel dried out and itchy when your finished with your swim.
$175 weekly charge to heat the pool to 81 degrees.
This backyard Oasis is very private, completely tiled and beautifully decorated and landscaped. A small patch of artificial grass for those who like to see green. Crank out awning allows for even more shade if you are looking to stay out of the sun for a while.
If you are able to fly into the Mesa-Gateway Airport (Allegiant Airlines) you will have a very short, quick, 15 minute drive to our Vacation Home. While quests flying into the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport will have an easy 45 minute drive via hiway 10 and the 202 freeway.
San Tan Valley is a rapidly growing area with many new homes and businesses in the past few years. Our home is very close to grocery stores and many other businesses. In the past year a new Costco store has opened as well as a new Home Depot store. We frequently ride bicycles to Walmart and even to the Olive Mill which is a major attraction in the area. if you play pickleball or have been wanting to learn it, Queen Creek just built a new park, Frontier Park, which has 24 lighted pickleball courts as well as many other attractions. About 8 miles from our house.

We stayed at the Circle Cross Ranch for the month of February 2024. The location was good for access to the scenic sites to the south and east of the Valley as well as access to the freeways that connected to the sites in the north and west of the Valley. The house was comfortable with new recliner sofas in the TV room. The backyard pool area was very nice complete with barbecue. Very relaxing in the Arizona sunshine.

Stayed for one week April '21. Beautiful property with a big HEATED pool, which we loved. Plenty of outdoor seating, nice rollout awning, umbrellas, numerous floats, pool toys, etc. Excellent communication with owner. We wish we could have stayed longer and would stay again.

Very nice home, comfortable furniture, and we enjoyed the pool almost daily. When the air conditioning unit quit working, Scott had a serviceman there the next day, which was much appreciated! Location was OK.....
