Clean, great location and awesome pool! 4 star because the pool chairs are not good and you basically sit on the bars and there is zero cabinets for food/storage. So for a 2 week stay with 2 kids and 1 other member we moved pots/pans into another cabinet just to have 1 spot for our food during our stay. Otherwise awesome property and walking distance to the grocery store!

La Casa Iguana was great! Having 2 master bedrooms with onsuite was so convenient as well as a full bathroom in the house. The pool was huge and shallow end perfect to relax! The chairs were comfortable and rolling coolers to make for the best pool day, and a bathroom poolside. We were lucky and got to see manatees on two different days. The house was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and all of the chairs, beds, and linens did not disappoint. Great location to publix, sombero beach, and restaurants. We would love to come back!

The house was good but they have five cameras over the pool which we hated!!!!! I mean one camera okay but 5 over the same area??? wth??? It felt like perverts were watching us the whole time!! Then they do not answer any of the numbers they give you to contact!! Not even the emergency number!!! And they showed up to have us move our vehicles for them to deliver concrete board from home depot into the carport Saturday at 6 AM which I found EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! The house it self was nice and the pool was nice. The no wake zone is a killer!! It took us over 30 minutes extra in and out everyday but having the dock was really nice. They have a cleaning station but the hose wont reach it which was pretty annoying. The Ice machine was AWESOME!! Its super nice to have. No complaints inside at all. It was very comfortable. Parking was great.
