Kitchen was well stocked with all that you will need for preparing meals. Pool are and screened in porch was loved by our whole group.

The house was good, the beds were very comfortable! It did smell like animals though and we had to buy some air freshener and light bulbs that were out. The pool was good...they did have to send someone out to fix something that broken.Location is good.

House in general is ok but needs some maintenance. Our A/C filter hadn't been changed in months. The pool was supposed to be chilled and did not work. There were ants in the kitchen. Plus the house needed to be recleaned upon check in. It had not been done completely or well. To the credit of the manager, she tried to take care of everything as soon as possible. There is a terrible shortage of help in the Keys. Bring some understanding with you when you visit no matter the island. The location and value were good. We have stayed many years in the Keys and usually paid more. We chose this location due to being pet friendly and in a familiar location.
