This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. Enjoy the large shaded lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting through PMI Maui was easy. The pictures and description of the condo were right on. Having a keypad meant one less key to worry about. Assigned parking as well as a designated car wash area. Easy access to Kamaole Beach Park III. Walking distance to several places to eat. Great location, short drive north to Lahania or south to Wailea. We loved the fish at Paia Fish Market South Side and the food trucks near there especially Kihei Fish House by Maui Grill. Although we did not use the pool or the BBQ grills, many people did. There is a Foodland grocery store nearby as well as an ABC store for some grab-and-go items. We look forward to coming bak soon!!

First, the location is perfect. We loved staying in Kihei. It was our first time in Maui and this location was perfect, great locations to explore the whole island from. The room is right across the street from what ended up being one of our favorite beaches. Clean and not crowded beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling, also great for sunbathing. The room came with awesome beach equipment which was a huge plus. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels, and beach toys! We took our chairs and boogie boards every time we went out, very convenient.Also, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking our meals during our stay. The hosts were very welcoming and provided Maui grown coffee. Beautiful spacious kitchen made it easy to enjoy cooking while on vacation. One of our favorite things about the room was the balcony and dining furniture. We ate almost every meal on the balcony because the view was absolutely amazing! Beautiful ocean view and view of the clean grounds. Beautiful gardens on the property as well.Room was clean and in perfect condition. We loved that there was free assigned parking, knowing that our parking spot was close and reserved for us helped take stress off. The location was very safe and quiet. Perfect stay, we will be returning!
