The house was clean and well stocked with all our needs. The biggest issue we had was that the furniture, couch & beds were uncomfortable, not to mention that the sectional in the picture was not what was in the house. I chose this house because of the reclining features of the sectional in the pictures and that is not the one in the house. Also, I had previously communicated that we would be arriving after hours and when we got there it was pitch dark, no outside light on the front porch, had to use phones to see the touch pad. Many of the windows were open in the house, making it very cold inside.

We stayed 3 nights and wish it could have been more. This was our first stop on the way to the Grand Canyon and then Las Vegas. The location could not be better. Walking distance to the Chapel of the Holy Cross and many hiking trails. Easy drive to town for shopping and dining. The house is in a quiet and nice neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable for our party of 7. It was a bit too cool to enjoy the deck but it looked very inviting. Communication with the host was very easy. If we ever go back to Sedona this is where we want to stay!

This house was so clean! Something I really appreciate. The listing was exactly as the house looked in person. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was large enough for dinner prep and dining room table seated our party of 7. The back porch was relaxing, backyard space for the boys to throw the football around. Very close to Chapel Rd....a nice walk in the mornings. A corner house in a very nice and quiet community. A+!

This house is very nice and the location is lovely. By day, we were able to walk to Chapel of the Holy Cross (amazing!). By night, we had plenty of room to play games as a family. The hosts are responsive, and that is great. The price/night for this house was quite reasonable. But as a general point on VRBO - make sure you consider all your fees, because they add up. Cleaning fees (host’s choice) / VRBO’s service fee/ govt lodging tax. This almost doubled what we thought it would cost for 2 nights.

This home is in a great location with a scenic view from the front porch. Our family was disappointed as the interior didn't match the pictures. It's a clean home, however, the living room furniture and rug was replaced with old and drab as were the bedroom furnishings. The only room that matches the pictures is the fourth bedroom with the twin beds. The master bedroom's queen mattress is in need of replacement as are the pillows. Light bulbs were burned out in the master bath and hall bath. Overall, we rated it a 3 for these reasons - a 2.5 would be a more accurate rating.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was perfect for 4 friends traveling together exploring Sedona. The kitchen is outfitted very nicely and all the appliances are beautiful. The bedrooms were a good size. We didn't get an opportunity to use the new deck, but it is huge and would be wonderful to use to relax. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and we were a short walk to a trailhead. The views outside the front door are amazing. Sedona is a quick trip by car. The host is extremely responsive both prior to and during the stay. Very helpful and let us know when someone was stopping by to pick up something in the backyard. Would stay here again when I return to the area.

This property was perfect if you plan to spend a majority of your time outside exploring the beauty of Sedona. The house is perfect for your basic needs (sleeping, showering). A little outdated couches and chairs otherwise the place was very clean! It got the job done for our family of 8!

The property appeared cozy at first glance, but truly needs a renovation and face lift. Many items were worn and dirty like the couch, mold infested shower curtain and roaches in the master bathroom. There is truly no price that could equal the terrible experience and nonetheless, the house was costly. The host was accommodating in letting us switch days as our friends were still jet lag coming all the way from Holland. As we walked into the house , we were shocked,

We were in the perfect location for our group hikes and afterward hang-out time. The owner was responsive to our concerns and spent quite a lot of time fixing a fuse so the stove would work properly late on a Saturday night! He was dedicated and caring, and we appreciated his time and commitment. The house was well-equipped, and the living area/kitchen was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning.

Great home for 3 couples. Plenty of space and nice family rm/kitchen/dining area. Bring your own soap if you desire more than the shower gel on the wall in bathrooms showers. No soap for bathroom counters or kitchen counter so just be aware and bring. Beds are a bit hard but worked ok for us... Patio is decent and has barbecue outside. All in all nice homey place to stay off the beaten path.

The listing was as described. The house was clean and in a good neighborhood close to amazing MTB trails. There could have been some more silverware and the fridge wasn't running super cold, but the house was exactly what we needed and if I go back I would stay there again.

The location was pretty much perfect. The house was not overly clean. It was dusty and there was trash in front of the front step when we arrived. Also, the TP in the bathroom was 1 ply, and there were hardly any eating utensils. We also could not find any cookie sheets for baking. No spare blankets to be found. Finally, in previous VRBO stays, there was at least a one page description of the house and how everything worked. Nothing like that here. Also no suggestions for favorite restaurants, places to shop, hike, whatever. Not necessary, but always appreciated.

The check-in process was easy and Rumy was very responsive. Property was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Very close to Chapel of the Holy Cross and pretty central to most of the other places we visited. Would stay here again.

First I would like to stay that we did enjoy our visit however we are in the tourism industry and was ..well i do not know the word. The inside of the house was beautiful and well equipt. HOWEVER, you drive up to the house and it is clearly on the outside in very poor condition, with a board up window and a horrible front door. It was scratched heavily on the inside and outside. A front door is like a picture frame and frames the house. It says what to expect. The owners are putting in thousands of dollars to the inside and it is well done. The ad for the property should have a note - house in the middle of a remodel. It sounds like i am being too picky but i am not - i was very concerned as I had picked out the house for my friends. Show the house off right - the entrance is so important and inside of the door clearly showed a large dog and severly scratched it. It was very clear that the property is being redone but a review like this is worth getting the new door - go to Restore if budget will not permit. There is no excuse for this.

We came here for a girls trip and we had an absolute blast! The house was clean and cozy but enough room for all of us. The ac worked great. We had everything we needed. The views of the red rocks is beautiful and it was close enough but not too close to town. Very private with a short drive to town. We loved every minute of our trip. Thank you for making your house affordable so people can actually afford to do the fun stuff around town, it is greatly appreciated! If back in the area we would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in Sedona with our family! This place had great bedrooms with 2 great bathrooms. I loved how big the kitchen was and the dining room table was great for meals and games. The house was easy to access off the main road with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. My only wish is for more seating in the family room but we were able to use an extra mattress to help. Thanks for a great stay!
