The house was absolutely perfect. Well maintained and the host was great. The furnace stopped working and we had space heaters being delivered right away. The host was super attentive. The location was also convenient to downtown Atlanta and the cheer competition we were there for. That being said, the neighborhood is sketchy and scary at night. Lots of drugs deals happening, homeless people and what seemed like petty theft. But, we were careful about going out at night and kept to ourselves and didn’t engage. Once we got used to it and took reasonable precautions, we were good. To be clear, this is an up and coming neighborhood with lots of new houses in between the vacant lots and boarded up empty houses.

House was nice and great location near downtown, however, neighborhood was rough due to police activity at times with guys hanging on corner & shooting crap, someone was plugging their phone to be charged on front porch of house
