This Beach Front unit, with it's amazing views, is located in Building 2, 3rd Floor, Beach Front. Listen to the gentle surf and relax your cares away from the wrap-around balcony overlooking 700 feet of private beach.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit.
At departure, ALL linens are refreshed. Our Cleaning Team is following CDC Guidelines and using approved Cleaning Solutions. The condo provides full sized washer/dryer, Smart TV's in all bedrooms and in the living room. There is plenty of room for all and this unit is beautifully decorated. We provide wireless high-speed internet at no extra charge! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for creating that fabulous meal. It has Granite Countertops. There is a wrap-around balcony overlooking the beach with incredible views and wonderful area to relax. This condo is beachfront with 700 feet of gulf-front property, featuring spectacular views and sounds of the gulf from the wrap-around balcony. An elevator ride down from the third floor puts you feet away from the beach, as well as the swimming pool, hot tub and splash pad. There is a second swimming pool located in this resort. Our unit puts you steps away from the beach. No street to cross to get to the beach! Grills are available for use in the pool area. There is a secure, well equipped workout room with 1 elliptical, 3 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, weight equipment.

Very nice views and right on the beach. A very nice condo with a well appointed kitchen. Check in and out were extremely easy. The owner was very helpful and responded immediately to my questions. A great value.

Perfect view of beach from any room. Beautiful mornings on patio. Cannot get much closer to beach and the elevation view is just perfect from condo. Beach attendants are super nice and helpful.

Loved this unit! We usually stay in Ft. Walton but decided to venture down this year and we will definitely be back. Here is the good: So much space. The balcony is amazing. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. The closets and the organizer inside each of them is awesome. The location is also great. Close to Destin, Baytown Wharf, and shopping. What was missing:Full size mirrors! Not a single one. Not a big deal. The ice maker sometimes didn’t dispense. Only one working elevator. Parking was a nightmare. There simply isn’t enough because of the construction at the garage. Screen door in living room is in need of repair. It’s hard to shut. Beach service is nice, but the attendants are dodgy. Benjamin is great. He’ll take care of you. Pay him 15 a day and he’ll have you front row, all taken care of before you even get down there. The other guy wanted us to pay 280?!? We told him it was included with our unit and that’s what he wanted us to pay for the week to have a front row set of chairs. We passed lol. All in all, this unit rocks. We loved it and hope to be back!

Great central location. The roads that lead into the Mainsail are a bit troublesomeZ The complex is a tad older but was fine with me. This unit is on the 6th floor and the elevator was continuously down throughout each day, with brief periods of it being “fixed”. The unit has a mildew odor, and I’m not sure about the ceilings, need to be repainted. I totally understand hurricane and storm damage but one of the guest bedrooms had white fuzzy mold in the dresser drawers and some gross stains on the front. The dryer never worked. My husband cleaned out the totally clogged hose, still no-go. Was a huge issue with kids and we didn’t have many towels, so I had to purchase more. The kitchen is well stocked. And basic needs were met. The master mattress was wonderful.
