About this house rental
This unique 3 story beach house has all the comforts of home with close proximity to the beach. It boasts a reverse floorplan with the living areas on the middle floor. The house has a wonderful porch with ocean views off the middle floor living area. The living room is an open concept into the dining area and kitchen. There is also a library connected to the living room. The first floor holds 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third floor penthouse has its own kitchenette and bathroom.
Please note linens (and towels) are not included due to short timeframe in rental turnover but can be rented through a third party.

We didn’t have an address. We ended up going to a local realtor and they help us. They found the house and gave us the address and how to get in touch with the owner to get the entry code. After that, all was fine! Vicki Zissette

Beautiful house in a great location with an easy walk to the beach. It was perfect for our family for the week at the beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. Check-in was super simple with all the amenities that we needed. Would definitely recommend for another stay.

Everything was easy and convenient to the beach. We loved the screened porch!
Only one suggestion- update knives! There were only a few and they wouldn’t cut butter!
Beds were very comfortable. All had a great time! Thanks
