About this apartment rental
Hood River condo, located downtown on 7th and Oak St.(main street). Beautiful views of the Columbia River Gorge. Great location for shopping, restaurants, cafes, galleries, and the Columbia River Beach. Catch a movie at the Hood River Cinema or visit the Saturday within a block of the condo. This is a wonderful location to enjoy the heart of Hood River and all the beauty that the Columbia Gorge has to offer. Relax on the balcony in comfort and take in the sights and sounds of The Gorge. The condo is a three story building, with the main floor of the condo located on the second floor and the bedrooms are located on the third floor. Thoughtfully decorated with all new furnishings, linens, appliances etc. Amenities include washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, Direct TV, DVD, CD player, central AC & heat, ceiling fans and Electric BBQ grill. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bath with shower, walk in closet, couch, views of the Columbia River and TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and views of downtown. There is a fully equipped laundry room, and hall bath with a shower/bathtub combo. The parking is free on the street, in front of the condo. There is no designated parking space for the condo. We loved our stay! The home has beautiful views and is exceptionally well stocked with kitchen supplies and other thoughtful accouterments. The couches are super comfy, and the downstairs is nice and soundproof — perfect for relaxing or giving everyone their own space. We parked our cars when we arrived and never had to move them again — everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had! The view is beautiful, the furniture is so comfortable, the decor is gorgeous, the home is so comfortable and especially convenient for walking around downtown Hood River. I would love to stay here again and again!

Condo was nice, but needs attention.
-One of the towel bars in the 2nd bath was missing & holes were in the wall where it should have been.
- Carpet going upstairs to bedrooms was vacuumed but VERY dirty.
- Many used & 1/2 filled bottles of liquids in master bath drawer as well as used shampoo, conditioner & body wash left in master shower.
- outside grill was unusable & filthy
- Porch furniture covers were torn & threadbare
- Kitchen was well stocked but many spices & oils left in the cabinet were very old & some had expired
- Thick cobwebs covered bottom of windows on porch behind couch
- Directions to condo were incorrect. States stairs to condo were to left of a coffee shop which no longer exists - it is now a confectionary.
- There is a filled spray bottle tied to the Master bedroom curtain cord. Have no idea why.
