Just remodeled. This quaint little condo is perfect for the active couple. Sleeps 4. View of the Hood River bridge. All the essentials are in place. You will be right downtown, within a block of Full Sail, Mike's Ice Cream and shopping. Fully appointed kitchen, private master bedroom with Queen bed and a private bath. Living room with a pullout and a private bath. And plenty of parking. This unit has it's own laundry in the unit. Cable-TV and Internet. Window A/C in both rooms. Ground level unit, no stairs. There is a separate storage locker large enough to a few larger items. We manage 3 units in this same complex, if you have a large group who would like separate accommodations near one another. No outdoor BBQ. Sorry No AMEX. License #685.

Cute little condo located near downtown! We could walk most everywhere we wanted to go. The owner was responsive when we needed just a couple of things and they were delivered quickly. The bed was comfy and lots of pillows! So many games, books and magazines to help entertain you. It was very handy having a washer and dryer in the unit since we continued our trip to other parts of the west coast for another week. We stayed 8 nights and loved it!

The ground floor condo was very clean and very well decorated. I was pleased to find the kitchen very functional with new appliances, and there were so many added special features like paperback books and puzzles. The bed was comfy and I enjoyed the bathtub. Communication with a rental agent was excellent. The location to the downtown area was perfect.

We loved the property and it was great to walk to the nice restaurants down the road. Bedroom pillows and mattress on pull out couch need to be replaced. Also would have liked room darkening shades in the bedroom. Very clean and well stocked with everything! We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed the easy walk to the downtown area. Even though the condo was small it provided 2bathrooms and a washer and dryer making it very comfortable. We would most definitely stay there again. We hope to be able to stay there next year

This place had everything, right near the main stretch of downtown. Nights were comfortable (bed, temp, furnishings) allowing for a restorative home base for a weekend in the gorge. Amy was welcoming and accommodating making our stay worry free

My husband and I loved having this super cute and quiet condo as a home base for exploring Hood River and skiing both Timberline and Meadows. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The bed was also very comfy. And having two bathrooms was quite a treat. Despite being on the bottom floor, it was super quiet and felt totally private. The walk into town was super fast. Loved our stay. Thank you!

The place was really close to downtown so it was an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go. It was a cute and cozy place to stay for a week and I really enjoyed my visit. The only complaint I had was that the ceiling to the unit above must be thin or something as we could constantly hear them walking around up here. Overall a great place to stay though!

The condo was fabulous! Amy was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions for renting. Inside the unit was absolutely adorable, with homey decorations and all the amenities you needed to make yourself at home. Finally, the location is perfect for checking out Hood River, you are walking distance to all the breweries and restaurants. I will be choosing to stay here the next time I visit!

Great location close to town and restaurants and shops. Our favorites, 6th Street Bistro and Bettes, were on the very next block. Launch for kiting and windsurfing also close by. Very nice neighbors. One we also met at the Pickle Ball courts, 4 miles away at Golden Eagle Park.
