Beautifully remodeled condo in the Desert Princess Country Club.
2 master suites with full kitchen, or maybe you'd enjoy using the BBQ and relaxing outside on the patio by the firepit. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Walk in closets in both bedrooms for golf clubs and long term stays. Neutral colors. This is a very relaxing calm environment for rest and relaxation, although there are many fun activities and entertainment nearby.
If you like to bake or bbq the condo is well appointed but if you feel there is anything missing, you can just let us know and we will get it to you.
Overlooking the 7th Hole of the Lagos Course and the fountain, the view is a welcome site after along day of shopping, hiking, sightseeing, golfing or tennis. There are over 30+ pools and hot tubs on the property and you are welcome at the Hotel "big pool" as a guest. We are only steps from pool 6 but not in right in front to be bothered by the pool noise.
Within the complex the Desert Princess has spa services, tennis courts, 3 x9 hole courses and driving range, 19th hole Mountain Grille with a beautiful view of the mountains, a gym and restaurants walking distance from the condo.
Please note that no personal music or noise emitting machines are allowed to be played allowed outside the condo nor at the pool. So please wear headsets when using these devices. No noise after 10pm or before 8am. To see the entire list of rules go to cathedral city website. We are allowed maximum 2 cars for our unit so ew adhere to that.
As a short term guest in our home away from home, we ask that you keep in mind that many residents are full time and as such you must respect our neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Please see the Good Neighbor brochures in the welcome binder on the coffee table for more info.
You will be given the Good Neighbors Rules and tips and be required to acknowledge them as well as sign a rental agreement as of June 24th 2021 according to the new City rules.

Updated 2 bedroom condo extremely well equipped. Fabulous golf course view. Owner couldn’t do enough to make us happy. Support staff with Joe to cater to our every need. Pleasure. Highly recommend this experience. DrK & Wendy

Our trip had good and bad! First off, the condo was absolutely gorgeous, well stocked with great linens, pantry staples, electronics, great BBQ and living space. Ms. Paquette was very thoughtful sending flowers to acknowledge my mother's 90th birthday, which was the whole reason we were renting this Unit 67-110. However, we wonder if Ms. Paquette has ever been to her unit? I SPECIFICALLY asked how far the pool was from the unit as I was traveling with my parents who are elderly and can't walk far distances over uneven terrain. She ASSURED ME IN WRITING BEFORE WE COMMITTED TO RENTING that the pool was "20 paces literally across a lawn". This was the most important item!! When we arrived, we found the Unit 67110 was not only NOT CLOSE to the pool, it was 150 PACES across the golf course! Needless to say my parents could not navigate the walk and we had to get into the car and DRIVE to the pool. This also meant that we had to get in the car and DRIVE BACK to the Unit 67110 every time we had to use the bathroom. There was a Unit 67162 that was 20 paces from the pool, but other people were already in that unit. She also indicated on the resort map that Unit 67162 WAS UNIT 67110! This was not the truth at all and very confusing! If we knew that the Unit 67110 was 150 paces from the pool we would NEVER had rented from her. We feel we were terribly misled on this MAIN factor as to why we rented her Unit 67110.We also had a terrible experience with the beds in BOTH rooms. My family and I have traveled all over the world and have NEVER come across such HARD beds!! I had to pad BOTH beds with duvets and blankets just to get a little softness. We all ended up sleeping in the recliners in the living room off and on throughout the entire rental period. Also, the oversized king bed frame outfitted with only a queen sized mattress, projected out in the master bedroom was a danger. On the third day into our trip, my 91 year old father hit his shin on the corner of the protruding bed frame, fell face first and banged his hand which was cut and bled profusely as well as his shin! He was extremely shaken up and upset, not to mention that a trip and fall of this magnitude could have resulted in some MAJOR injuries.Due to his injuries, he was unable to use the pool the entire time we were there, with temps hitting the low 100's, This was very uncomfortable for him in this weather.With these factors, our experience renting from her was very disappointing.
