The communications were great, check in was a breeze, parking was never a problem.the unit was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed (we also found binoculars in the living room so we could zoom in on the whales). The views of the ocean made for an enjoyable time watching surfers, snorkelers, walkers, and whales.

The view is unbeatable for whale watching. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings until we noticed there were about a dozen wasps nests directly above us. Yikes. We liked the beach and pool access - parking was easy. The beds were comfortable. We were glad they had air conditioners in the bedrooms and a pack and play for our little one.
The rental itself is dated and could use some simple upgrades. The host was responsive when we asked if they had any salt and pepper in the kitchen - the answer is NO but they do give you all the items you need to clean up after yourself. Using a public restroom was a treat after using the toilet paper they stocked - the towels were of similar sand paper caliber.
It is seems like the owners think they are doing you a favor by letting you pay to stay there. I would equate this place to a three-star hotel with a five-star price tag.
