    Definitely run down but it is a large condo and close to where i want to be. Definitely not for you if you expect luxury but a good budget location with free parking.

    We enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided, amenities were great, pool and hottub were perfect, the apartment size was great. I highly recommend this place.

    Eyes wide open this is a nice condo across the street from the beach with no hotel services. Front desk is usually across the street at a sister property. We had to wheel our own bell cart to and from both locations to facilitate moving suites as we had two reservations to manage a timeshare trade along with a couple of extra days. Otherwise the unit is nicely appointed for cooking your own meals. Enjoyed the pool without it being too crowded. Close to a bus stop if you don’t have a car.
