As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a sofa bed and air conditioning. Enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV. No need to pay for a restaurant every night, when you've got an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator on hand, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And you can even travel light because you'll have access to laundry facilities. Other amenities include bed sheets and an ironing board.

My parents and I had a great stay at Raquel’s place. There is plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and two full baths. There is a nice kitchen and a large living room. There is also a terraza upstairs with a washing machine (it requires some manual handling/not fully automatic). The place was ideal for us since we have family nearby. I would just point out that currently only one bedroom has A/C, another bedroom has a ceiling fan, and otherwise there are standing fans to use for ventilation. There were more limited amenities (soap, kitchen bags, etc.) than what I have seen at other rentals, and the place is older (it’s Tijuca!) but this was overall a great find for a good price, and Raquel was very responsive at all times. I would stay here again.

O apartamento fica no primeiro andar e é espaçoso e muito seguro. No começo da rua tem uma ampla e variada padaria e lanchonete. Só existe ar condicionado em um dos três quartos de dormir. Na chegada nos informaram que a máquina de lavar e o condicionador de ar da sala/copa estavam quebrados. O metrô e o Tijuca Shopping ficam a distância de uma pequena caminhada.

O apartamento de Raquel atendeu perfeitamente às nossas expectativas: apartamento claro, arejado, aconchegante num prédio silencioso e ao mesmo tempo cercado de todas comodidades que precisamos: comércio, transporte e serviços. É um espaço excelente que recomendaria a qualquer um. Além disso, Raquel é uma excelente anfitriã, respondendo prontamente a todas as minhas dúvidas. Foi uma estadia impecável em todos os aspectos.
