About this house rental
This charming beach bungalow was built in 1942 and it resides in a soulful tropical yard in the best neighborhood of Encinitas. City permit number: RNTL-007058-2016. The yard and home speak of relaxation but the ocean beckons. The living and dining areas are open and accommodate a family gathering comfortably. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with closet and plenty of storage. There is also a third bdrm. with a comfy queen sleeper sofa.
The remodeled galley kitchen is a chef's dream with granite counters, stainless appliances, six burner gas stove and complete drawer of spices for gourmets. The dining area seats 8 comfortably and a trifold door opens onto the deck overlooking a large tropical yard which is incorporated into the living area. There is a BBQ and outdoor shower on the side patio, and off street parking is on the rear of property The property is shared with the constant gardener and hubby who live in the cottage at the back of the large yard, they are the owners and very friendly and helpful if needed.

The house was amazing: great living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio. The garden is a paradise of palms and flowers. The proximity to the Stone Steps, Moonlight Beach, and restaurants and shopping is exceptional.

The place was great, loved the house and the grounds. Lots of beach toys, anything you need for cooking. Looking forward to staying again. Hosts were amazing.
