• Beachfront with 180° unobstructed ocean views
• Master bedroom with queen bed
• Second bedroom with 2 twin beds that are convertible to one king bed if requested
• Fully equipped kitchen with microwave/convection oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove top and toaster
• Fully Air Conditioned
• Complimentary Wi fi in the apartment, one Flat screen television with basic cable and a DVD player in the living room and one flat screen television in the master bedroom with roku (no cable).
• Fully furnished balcony with dramatic beachfront views and ocean surf sounds

The condo is located at Marbella del Caribe one of the most prestigious beachfront condominiums in Isla Verde Avenue. Condo is on the West 'Oeste' Tower, the only tower with unobstructed beach views. It makes a huge difference on the view, the privacy and the tranquility. Being on the West Tower also guarantees you absolutely no noise but ocean waves.
Location Amenities:
• Gated beachfront building with 24 hour security
• Lots of restaurants and nightlife options a few steps away
• One block away from the Intercontinental Hotel and the San Juan Hotel & Casino
• 24-hour Walgreens across the street
• 24-hour Charlie Car Rental across the street
• 24-hour Supermarket ~ 10 minute walk
• Various trendy beach bars a few steps away
• Watersports Rentals ~ 5 minute walk (wave runners, kayaks, parasail, and banana boats among others)
• Surfing Lessons ~ 15 minute walk

Pros: the beachfront access and ocean view were fantastic! The property was very secure and had a nice basketball court. The location was very convenient with multiple restaurants, a Walgreens, and a grocery store within walking distance. Cons: Our dryer didn’t work which forced us to use wet towels the entire stay! The unit cleanliness was semi-lacking, and my husband was disappointed that we didn’t get any local channels on TV to watch som night time football games.

The apartment was very nice and well kept! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals and enjoy a bit of home cooking. The washer / dryer in the unit was to small so I didn’t utilize it instead I used the laundry room on the lobby floor. However it was convenient that you could get quarters from the security officer in the front entrance. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked extremely well! The beach was amazing, the sand was soft, the surf was not overly rough, and the ocean was perfect for swimming! The staff that worked with the umbrella and chair rentals were very friendly and prices were reasonable! Transportation was not an issue we rented a car and the unit came with a parking space in the basement. The GPS using maps worked very well so we had no issues with finding any places. Ubers were plentiful. There were many restaurants and all the food was superb! Especially the Eter Rooftop Lounge and a restaurant named Coqué near the Coliseum was phenomenal! The issue that dropped this to a three star for me was the fact that there was construction going on in the apartment right next door. This was not disclosed to us and was very annoying, loud and uncomfortable. The workers were there three of our five days.This was disappointing no relaxing inside during those times. This should have been disclosed to us apparently the owner was unaware.
