A Splendid, fully and tastefully furnished luxury condo located on the Island on Lake Travis - a luxurious, serene, and breathtaking island villa. Get ready to be refreshed. Enjoy access to golf course, marina, biking/hiking trails, bird watching reserves, wineries, pool, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center/gym, etc. Also enjoy proximity to Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, etc., with a galore of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc.
We also have a 10' x 24' boat slip rentable for $50/night.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. You MUST declare the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit, and must not exceed the number stated in this listing. Our HOA has strict rules regarding this and charges penalties for such violations, which would mean an instant loss of your security deposit. Please, do not assume this can be bypassed in anyway!

It was quiet and cozy. Loved seeing the deer. Overall the room needs painting and window cleaning. Could use a nicer coffee pot. The property itself is dated. But we had a nice time, these are just minor things.

The condo was nice but the bed was terrible. I woke up with severe back pain. It was horrible and when I told the manager of the condo I got no response.

Find something else! This property is disgusting. It is unkempt and scuzzy. Peeling floors, unpainted patches on walls, dirty stove, scratched pots & pans, mismatched silverware, broken bed, mattress like a rock. Window has blinds but no curtains to black out light so unable to sleep in although we arrived after midnight and were exhausted from long drive. No balcony or view as per pictures.. Tiny closet of a space! When we left the following morning we noticed that the lake was almost empty and all the docks were sitting on dry land. So don't expect water activities either.. Nothing redeeming about this place at all. They shouldn't be charging more than $25 a night And don't expect a response from on site manager or owner. I left messages with both and neither had the courtesy to call back.

Our host Obi was very nice and quick to respond. There aren't any extra sheets or towels in the room so depending on the length of your stay, I recommend bringing your own. Our request for more towels was granted but it's not something readily available. The cookware is old from use and should be regularly replaced to add quality to the space. Everything outside the property was wonderful. We enjoyed the deer outside the property. The swimming pool was clean and the hot tub was nice. It's a quiet property which made relaxing with my husband enjoyable.

The property was really beautiful right on the lake. The pool and hot tub were really enjoyable. My boyfriend loved using the sauna and gym in the mornings. The unit had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again, it was the highlight of our vacation.

Overall a great stay. As someone who is a light sleeper, I would wish that there were curtains to fully block the window. Unfortunately both nights stayed I did not sleep well because of this. Otherwise it was great!

As others mentioned the Condo is exactly as the photos depict. We were looking for a relaxing getaway long weekend & got that in spades here. The condo is the perfect size for a couple, we had everything we needed. On the long trip to the Condo we read the unfortunate & unfair previous review for this property. We were concerned we would be unhappy. We are very pleased to say that we believe the previous review was from a traveler that has unreasonable expectations from a Resort Condo that you get for the same price per night you would be charged at a Holiday Inn Express. The bed was comfortable, the Condo was very quiet, in fact we had the 4 best nights sleep we have ever had away from home & we travel frequently. We absolutely loved the off-hands approach of the Condo owner as we are private people & prefer this type of vacation rental. When we travel, its to get away from people and enjoy each other's company as a couple. We have no desire to meet the property owners, but want the peace of mind to know they are available if something comes up. We felt that way with this Condo. There were a few things we felt could have been fine-tuned to make it a little better.... As others have mentioned the shower head is a force to be reckoned with. The pressure is downright painful. We both felt the need to 'protect' certain sensitive areas while showering from the painful bite of the water! An adjustable shower head should be installed. Also there was a note on the thermostat requesting not to set the temp below 72 degrees stating it would 'freeze' the ac. We'd like to point out that when a customer is paying for a stay in a resort they expect to be able to set the temperature at their comfort level. We have our thermostat set at 67 at home. We followed the 'posted rule' but we weren't very pleased with that. The sofa sleeper was uncomfortable to sit on for the duration of a movie...we typically don't hang out for long periods in the room but we were forced to when a strong severe storm blew through for a few hours. We did feel very safe during the storm & appreciated that our Jeep was safe from damage in the parking garage. We loved the gym & made use of it daily as well as the indoor hot tub and outdoor pool. The grounds of the property are beautiful. We walked the island at least once or twice daily & loved coming across the wild deer that like to hang out. Though the property technically could sleep 4 we think ideally it is the perfect size for two.

The condo is decorated very nicely and looks just like the pictures for the most part, but there are issues. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the shower head is painful, and the HVAC sounds like a Model T when it's running. The biggest disappointment was the refrigerator. It's been painted with spray paint to look like stainless steel, but not very convincingly...

My husband and I booked this condo for my birthday weekend. The condo is exactly how depicted in the photos. We really enjoyed a quiet, peaceful getaway and will definitely be booking in the near future. Side note: we rode our new motorcycle trike to the condo and met a very nice couple there, who are also riders. We exchanged information and plan to get together for a group ride. They are from NY and were renting a condo for the winter. Very nice and friendly. The owner, Obi, is very prompt in responding to questions.
