Well maintained condo. Everything we needed to be comfortable for a long weekend. It is well laid out but there are lots of stairs to get to the bedrooms. It was not a problem for us but could be for someone with mobility issues. There are no bedrooms on main floor but it’s a very nice condo.

Spacious unit with modern amenities and fresh paint and decor. We were five adults staying- three bedrooms and 3.5 baths were great for our needs. The kitchen is updated and well stocked with dishes, cookware, and appliances for cooking needs. Location on the "Wild Dunes" end of IOP felt like a bit of a drive and away from things, but the property was quiet, well-kept, and nicely situated on the beach. We loved the walking paths, the nice strolls through Wild Dunes pathways, and the beach was amazing for swimming and walking.

When we got there ,the twin bed room on the 2nd floor had a shower that didn't work at all and one of the beds felt broken in the middle and we couldn't sleep in it.The wooden steps from 1st to 2nd floor had a buildup of dust and lint all the way up.We had no internet all week and not TV in the bedrooms.Also , the sliding door to the deck was very difficult to open and close. No umbrella on the deck.After staying at Mariners Walk for 17 years ,sometimes twice a year , this unit was very disappointing
