About this apartment rental
Apartment with terrace of 54 m2 and barbecue. This comfortable one bedroom apartment, renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen with renovated furniture, living-dining room offers the possibility to stay next to the beach and the promenade. The building is located on the second line, there is a building between the seafront and the apartment. The main access, totally flat, is through the pedestrian promenade and the parking of the 2 buildings. The situation of the apartment allows to dispense with car rental, restaurants and shops are located in the pedestrian area of the promenade. The terrace has garden furniture to enjoy meals outside and hammocks to relax. The apartment is part of a small building with 8 neighbors in total. Access to the building is through open and airy spaces.

One min to beach but quiet with very large out door space

This apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Clara met us on arrival and was very kind and helpful. We particularly liked having a washing machine as we hiked several km each day. It’s right next to the beach and the owner provided a couple beach towels that were very helpful. You could not possibly eat at all of the restaurants nearby, even if you stayed a month. Several, small grocery stores nearby were available to pick up items for our breakfasts. The room was clean and well equipped. The view to the sea is somewhat limited but accurately shown in the photos. The location is quiet and quite safe. We never used a car during our 10 days, as hiking was very accessible from the apartment.
My only suggestions would be to simplify the location information for check in. The entrance is between Nunu restaurant and Tramauntana Tours. It is easier for those not familiar, to use these locations as a landmark than using only the address. I would also recommend including softer pillows as an option for those people who cannot sleep on a firm pillow.
Overall I recommend this location.

The owner, Clara, was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Air conditioned throughout was great as the temperatures outside were high. Lovely balcony and area to the side for sunbathing. Lovely view of the harbour and also ideally positioned for glorious sunsets. Recommended.

Just few steps from the beach, right in the center of the promenade. Fantastic terrace with sea view. An water boiler would have made the well equipped kitchen even more perfect :) We‘d certainly love to come back again.
