About this apartment rental
Excellent open plan apartment offering a fresh renovated accomodation, ideal for 2 people.
With airconditioning, Internet Wi-Fi ( optical fiber ), and smart TV.
It offers fabulous sea views, and its ideally located and well equipped, new laminate wooden floors, big walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen - including washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee maker and more - and complete new bedroom with new bed, with thick comfortable matress
Located in second line where you enjoy the quietness and the parking facilty, but u are still a short walk to the sea, beach and restaurants.
Ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Fresh and good quality linen and towels. We provide beach towels too ( 1 per person )
If you need it we can provide a baby cot and a high chair, pls just ask
The spacious bathroom has just been renewed and has a big walk in shower ( 75cm wide x 1,75 cm long ). There is a hair dryer. Water with good pressure.
Modern kitchen with all facilities, even dishwasher and washing machine.

The building itself is very cool, and from our 3 huge windows in the lounge you enjoy fabulous sea views and fresh salty sea breeze. Windows have double glazing offering total isolation.
We would be pleased to meet you on arrival, guide you to the aptm. and explain about the area, giving you our best tips.
Car hire is not necessary, but if you wish to hire one, parking near the property is easy and free.
If you decide to arrive by taxi, we are happy to organize a local driver to collect you at the airport and take you directly to the aptm.
The apartment is very well equipped and all guests have enjoyed a lot.

A good base from which to explore the Island or just relax. The majority of essential items were available and it was clean and comfortable in a quiet residential area. Parking is available which is a bonus. If you have difficulty walking up steep hills you may not find this suitable. Recommended property and the owner met us and was helpful. The Kingfisher restaurant is wonderful but make sure you book well in advance!

Have always loved the area and having this apartment as a base was brilliant. Perfect size for the two of us with everything that we could need. Admittedly it was a few minutes walk up a hill from the marina but the bonus are the wonderful views and most mornings we had a laugh as 3 goats made their way down the hill.
Port de Soller was a perfect base for us. We utilised the very reasonably priced bus service and had some fantastic walks. Soller itself is just under 3 miles away, a short bus ride away. However we found 3 different walks to get to the town, we had great fun exploring.
Veronica, the owner of the apartment, was lovely and although we didn't need to contact her we felt that nothing would of been too much trouble if we had needed to.
I'm confident that we will be back

We had a great family stay in Port de Soller. The appartment really coincides with the description. It is very well equipped and offers a stunning view to the bay and the mountains.
Veronica is a welcoming host and will help you if you require assistance.

Very nice cosy apartment, very clean, nothing is missing.
The view is fantastic.
Easy procedure with payment, check in and check out.
We had a very good time. We can only recommend. Take it and enjoy!
