About this house rental
Lovely, historic home in a beautiful rural setting. The house is 6 miles to downtown Saratoga Springs (Broadway). 15 minutes to Skidmore College and 20 minutes to Saratoga Racecourse. Lyft and Uber are available at this location.
We do require a 3-night minimum.
The house, built in the 1830s & 1920s, has both the charm and quirks of an old home. The house is great for large groups with two master bedrooms (with attached baths) and a separate playroom behind the garage. There is a large screened in porch with lovely views of the property.
The house stays cool in the summer, we have never needed Central AC. We do have window AC units and fans if it is unseasonably hot.
Notes:
- There is a nearby pet boarding facility but the noise is minimal. We do not hear much living there and we have not had any any complaints. If you are sensitive to noise we recommend ear plugs.

Boys trip for a weekend at the race track. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Great screened in porch and back yard for hanging out. Easy 10-15 uber right into town.
