About this house rental
Very comfortable 5 bedroom house located between Lake George and Saratoga Springs. The house is approximately 15 minutes from Lake George and 15 minutes from Saratoga Springs.
5 Bedroom house across the road from the lake. We have a private dock across the road from the house (shared by our three houses), however it's not a good place for swimming since it's in a rocky area, there is a quite public beach one mile away. Two of the bedrooms have a Queen size bed and a twin size bed and two of the bedrooms have a set of twin size beds. One and a half bathrooms. Plenty of beautiful open space outside. The house is available year round, and of course is air conditioned and heated. There is a game room with a ping pong table and foosball table.
This house can be rented by itself or with a 10 and/or 7 bedroom house. Please see listing 60189 for more details.
Please note, Linen, towels, pots, pans, dishes and silverware are provided. Disposables, such as Paper towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc is not provided. We usually provide a limited supply for when you come, but not enough for your entire stay.

Had a great time at the home stay. The whole house and the back yard were available for 11 of us. The fire place was really nice and they had left out a lot of wood for us to use. Which was a huge plus. The bedroom were spacious and fit all of us comfortably. And the location was great, close enough to lake George and to Saratoga!

The property is a five bedroom house, with multiple beds, laid out exactly as the layout states on the website. Being honest. The house was extremely clean, it is an older home that will need updates at some point. There is nothing critical that is a game changer.
Property owner was very responsive with emails and phone calls. Property manager was helpful and responsive to phone calls and texts.
The things the house needs that are simple fixes. A 5 bedroom house is for a large family or group. They could add more coffee mugs, there are 2 smaller skillets you could add 1or 2 large skillets. Kitchen table has three chairs and two at the breakfast bar and stacking chairs on the deck. So there are extra chairs. Over all I would stay there again in a heartbeat

The outdoor space is plentiful - we setup badminton, corn hole, kanjam, ladder ball, spike ball, and still had plenty of room for football, baseball, etc. air conditioning in every room. Extra chairs for the fire pit outside. A giant deck out back - a great gas grill. More than enough indoor space. Only thing we needed was some more mixing bowls 8-). Foosball and ping pong were a great addition for the 3-4 hours of rain we experienced one day.
Couldn’t be happier - and Meir was easy to deal with, and quick to answer our questions and notes.
