About this apartment rental
Our charming newly renovated condo is in the heart of downtown Lincoln, excellent for young couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Comfortably sleeps 6 with the pullout sofa bed. We're just steps away from the local restaurants, theater, grocery store, bars, and shops. And for the outdoor lovers, we're within walking distance to an adventure park and ropes course. We're just minutes from Loon Mountain and close to I-93 for easy access to other venues like Franconia State Park and Cannon Mountain, which is 12 minutes away. After a long day you can unwind and relax in our jetted tub.
There is also 6 by 9 feet locked basement storage for your skis and snowboard equipment.

We spent the summer here and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you are looking for a place in the heart of the action in Lincoln, with easy access to all the outdoor activities the White Mountains have to offer, this is a great place to stay. The owners are responsive and accessible. There is much to do in Lincoln and this condo provides the perfect base to begin and end the day. We highly recommend this condo.

Super nice place- love the decor. The most important thing of all: the bed sheets and bed are comfy cozy. We look forward to coming back next ski season.

We spent a week at this property and absolutely loved it. It was super cute, clean, cozy, convenient, and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Everything seemed new or recently remodeled and was nicely decorated. Perfect size for a small family. Relatively quiet, I don't think we ever saw the neighbors, only heard the upstairs neighbors at night when walking around in shoes or dropping things on the floor. We have already scheduled a return trip. Highly recommended! Owners were super easy and a joy to work with.

Great location! Close to shops, restaurants, mountain, etc. A couple little hiccups, but owners were accessible via email.
